As a Field Associate, you will work directly with an independent MOSHEKO retailer or retail partner location. This is a contracted position arranged through the retailer you partner with — not direct employment with MOSHEKO Cosmetics.

Position Overview:

Field Associates serve as brand representatives inside participating retail locations, helping customers discover MOSHEKO products while supporting store growth, customer education, and product visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Represent MOSHEKO products professionally in retail locations
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage

• Assist with in-store promotions and events
• Build strong relationships with store management and customers
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to retail partners

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, beauty, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics
• Flexible scheduling availability depending on retailer needs

Compensation & Contract Structure
Field Associates are:

• Independently contracted through an authorized MOSHEKO retailer
• Paid directly by the retailer based on agreed contract terms
• Not employees of MOSHEKO Cosmetics
• Compensation, scheduling, and contract details may vary by retailer location and market.
