Eligible Defective Returns (Shipping Label Provided)
We will provide a return shipping label if the product arrives with:
Broken containers
Leaking products
Contaminated or improperly sealed items
Manufacturing defects (separation, unusual odor, texture issues)
To qualify:
Photo or video proof is required
Claims must be submitted within 48–72 hours of delivery
If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
All Other Returns
For non-defective returns:
Return window: 14 business days from delivery
Customer is responsible for return shipping
A 10% restocking fee will be applied
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times depend on your bank or card provider
